Why MailsSetu?

In 2023, our founders were building a SaaS product when they hit a familiar problem: the most popular transactional email providers charge in USD, bill via cards with FX markup, provide support only in US hours, and generate invoices that don't comply with Indian GST law.

Many imported tools look simple at the sticker-price level but become harder to justify once you add FX exposure, card markups, and finance overhead. MailsSetu's Starter plan covers the same everyday use case at ₹399 with INR billing from day one.

We built MailsSetu to be the developer-first transactional email infrastructure platform that Indian startups should have had from day one.
