Is the free plan actually free?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever with no credit card required. You get 3,000 emails/month to build and test your integration.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, RuPay, Visa, Mastercard, net banking, and wallets through Razorpay. All payments are processed in INR.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Every paid transaction automatically generates a proper GST tax invoice with CGST + SGST breakdown.
What are top-ups?
Mail credits are a pay-as-you-go add-on. You buy a bundle once and it never expires. Credits are used after your monthly email quota is exhausted.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade anytime and the new quota takes effect immediately. Paid access runs for the current 30-day billing window shown in your dashboard billing page.
What happens if I hit my monthly limit?
Sends beyond your plan quota will fail with a quota error unless you have credits, which act as overflow capacity.
