What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, RuPay, Visa, Mastercard, net banking, and wallets through Razorpay. All payments are processed in INR.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Every paid transaction automatically generates a proper GST tax invoice with CGST + SGST breakdown.
What are email credits?
Credits are a pay-as-you-go add-on. You buy a bundle once and it never expires. Credits are used after your monthly plan quota is exhausted.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade anytime and the new quota takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I hit my monthly limit?
Sends beyond your plan quota will fail with a quota error unless you have credits, which act as overflow capacity.
